10 . Carbink
This breaks us the heart to put this little guy on the list because it had so much potential to be as adorable as in all his fanart. 9 . Crawdaunt
This is probably the most controversial and polarizing choice of the list because many people like Crawdaunt. The head of this pokemon, however, is only two busy.
