The open beta of Battlefield 2042 will take place from 6 to 9 October

The beta will then host all other players on October 8th and 9th.

As EA explains on the game site, this beta will give access to the emblematic mode conquest on the orbital card, which takes place in Guyana around the launch site of a rocket on the point of taking off. Players will be able to embody four specialists whose intelligence cards are available on the site, as are the minimum and recommended configurations on PC.

For the record, people playing on PC and next-generation consoles will benefit from battles up to 128 players against 64 players on Playstation 4 and Xbox One. All players will be able to start preloading the beta from October 5th at 9am. Note that beta will only be available in English and that progress will not be transferred to the full game.

In addition, a new article of developers dedicated to progression and aesthetic elements is now available. This article presents the battlefield 2042 progression system, the return of ribbons and other features such as mastery, play sheet, cross-progression and aesthetic elements for specialists, says Electronic Arts. BATTLEFIELD 2042 will be released on November 19 at 60 euros on PC, 70 euros on PS4 / Xbox One and 80 euros on PS5 / Xbox Series.
